Slightly disappointed
Experience was 5 star. Packaging was 5 star. Delivery 5 star. Actual Balance Scale a 3. My expectation that the balance scale I would receive would look like the picture from which I ordered. It was not. One side rested on the base and the other side just barely rose above it. Not a big enough deal that I'd return but a big enough deal that I'd only give it 3 stars.

Perfect Accent
This is the first time I've ever ordered from Countryside Home Decor and I am very impressed with the customer service and speed with which I received these decorative scales. The item was very well packaged, arrived on the promised date and is a lovely accent in my living room. Thank you!
